Pilates - classic and contemporary moves used in a freestyle class to focus on the 6 principles of Pilates. Will improve posture, muscle endurance and strength, breathing capacity, and core.

 

STRENGTH – Whether it is a Pump class using the barbells, using your body as a weight or a session with the dumbbells, this class focuses on lifting different weights to increase your strength & improve muscle tone.

 

CARDIO BLAST – 30 minutes to work at maximum speed for maximum results. A great, quick workout to get the heart rate up, improve your aerobic fitness & work up a sweat.

 

SPIN - A freestyle indoor cycling session lead by an enthusiastic trainer, great for cardio endurance while riding to your favourite songs. BOOKING REQUIRED.

 

 

BOXING – Kick! Punch! Hit! Let out your frustrations with a boxing session. Mainly using the bags, you will learn all different boxing combos mixed with strength & cardio moves to give you an all over + stress relieving workout.

 

ABBT – A freestyle class dedicated on working those stubborn areas – Arms, Belly, Butt & Thighs. The format may change each week but always expect to walk out the class feeling toned & strong.

 

BOOTCAMP - A combination of strength & cardio exercises that are designed to work all major muscle groups in a challenging but achievable way. Expect exercises you wouldn’t normally do or expect the class ran in a different way than you are used to. Perfect way to excite & challenge your body!

 

TBA- Each week the class will be different - alternating between DANCEFIT, ABS & BOXING*. The selected classes for the week will be announced on our Facebook page or on the whiteboard in the gym. *Saturday will be a selection of all different classes

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

HIIT- (High intensity interval training) is 8 rounds of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds recovery with combination of cardio & strength moves to reach maximum fat burning capacity.

 

CIRCUIT – Complete stations focusing on all different muscle groups & fitness components for a great full body workout. The number of stations & working seconds may change each week, but you will always feel like you have challenged your body in every way possible.

 

KILLER CORE – 30 minutes dedicated to just your mid-section. This class will make your abs burn but it will also improve overall core, back & pelvic floor strength. The class can be adapted to suit any core or back issues & you can work at your own intensity

 

FREESTYLE - trainer's choice! This class will be what ever the trainer decides to give you for that day - a great way to keep your muscles guessing.

 

In general, all our classes can be suited to every level of fitness. Please talk to any of our trainer’s if you have any injuries or you aren’t sure about the classes intensity.
